Intech Machine exclusively representing your partners in polymer processing industries. Numbers of machine that Intech machine have delivers all around the world are the proof that only one thing counts; that is the success shared with our customers. Representing Intech machine Single Screw Extruder for LDPE and HDPE market, we are committed to deliver the best for your industrial needs.
Discharge Extruders
Single-screw extruders used as melt-fed discharge extruders solve numerous tasks involved with incorporating basic additives for LDPE and copolymers with downstream pelletizing. They are used particularly frequently as pumps that build up the pressure required for pelletizing. Our discharge extruders are characterized by their
- Simple and robust design
- Low need for maintenance
- Highest torque
- Free structuring of the procedure part
Flight depth, ease of movement, and slope.
Cooling extruders
To meet the demands for high quality, melt temperatures requiring effective and reliable melt cooling through the extruder must be maintained. With our barrels and "wet" sleeves, we offer an optimum system. It provides for high heat dissipation with great cost-effectiveness. Cooling capacities from up to 110 kW/m² °K are made possible by using pressurized water, "wet" sleeves, and an optimized screw profile.
Degassing Extruders
Our KE single-screw extruders have proven themselves to be effective for degassing higher molecular residual monomers from the PE or PS melt. They provide for high product quality and improve the functional properties.
The KE series comprises 6 different machine sizes with screw diameters of 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, and 800 mm, which, just like the respective lengths, are determined by the procedure and throughputs that have to be achieved.
Melting Extruders for Masterbatch Melting
During reaction, additives such as processing lubricants, stabilizers and antiblock agents are introduced into the main polymer stream and homogeneously mixed in. Our KE single screw extruders are also effective for the melting of masterbatches, which are delivered to the main melt stream via temperature-controlled melt pipe and a 3-way valve.
