Individualized Solution
The result of a meticulous study involving the specific characteristics of each market segment and their applications, the M Line products were specially developed in order to always constitute the ideal solution for any application in power generation or mechanical drive projects, up to 10,000 kW, through backpressure or condensation turbines, with controlled or uncontrolled extraction options.
Reliability
Based on the proven experience and professional technical competence of its creators, the Engerol M Line of multi-stage turbines was carefully designed, combining field knowledge with the most modern concepts of manufacturing and quality, ensuring high yields and ease of operation, in addition to low costs maintenance.
High Competitiveness
With only 03 basic models: M-45, M-60 and M-70, this line has high flexibility projects, without losing its standardization characteristics, always resulting in an exclusive product for each application at extremely competitive prices.
High efficiency
Special attention was paid to ensuring high efficiencies. In addition to the versatility of the line for selecting the ideal model, and therefore obtaining maximum efficiency in each situation, diaphragms with adjustable profiles are used to optimize yields. Additionally, quick closing and adjustment valves specially designed to ensure small pressure drops, machining with a high degree of finish, radial/axial sealing on the vanes and an efficient sealing system through stepped labyrinths, guarantee minimum losses along the entire steam path by the turbine.
